Cedarview Group offers excavation, aggregate supply, septic system installation, and demolition services in Ottawa and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and project-specific requirements.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or discontinue services at our discretion.
2. Quotes & Estimates:
All quotes provided by Cedarview Group are free, non-binding, and based on the information available at the time of issuance. Final pricing may vary depending on:
- Site access conditions
- Changes in project scope
- Permit requirements or regulatory delays
- Unforeseen underground or structural conditions
- Clients will be informed of any cost changes before additional work is performed.
3. Client Responsibilities:
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate site and contact information
- Obtain necessary permissions from property owners
- Disclose known underground utilities or hazards
- Ensure safe access for equipment and crew
- Respond promptly to communication
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.
4. Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be outlined in your official quote or invoice. In general:
- A deposit may be required before the commencement of work
- Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed
- Overdue balances may incur late fees or interest
- All payments are subject to applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations & Refunds:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or crews have been scheduled. Refunds for partial or incomplete work will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Warranties & Guarantees:
Cedarview Group stands behind the quality of our work. We provide workmanship warranties in line with industry standards, particularly for septic installations and excavation services. Warranty details will be specified in your project documentation.
Materials supplied by third parties (e.g., aggregates, tanks) may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Cedarview Group is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
- Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or third-party contractors
- Hidden underground hazards not disclosed by the client or visible during site assessment
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project work
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
8. Website Use:
Our website content, including text, images, and layout, is the intellectual property of Cedarview Group. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our contact forms for spam or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to access backend systems without authorization
Any misuse may result in legal action.
9. Privacy & Data Use:
